Job Title:
Therapeutic Home Program Leader

Job Description:
CareSouth is seeking an experienced leader to join their new program, providing support in a therapeutic home environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring services are delivered in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework, and providing case management for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a related role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Residential Care or Certificate IV in Community Services
  • Proven flexibility and ability to respond to changes in work demands
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team
  • Understanding of Therapeutic Framework models of care
