Roofing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Roofing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing, replacing, maintaining, installing, and restoring various roofing materials (tile/shingle, metal, Colourbond, fibreglass, tar)
  • Reading and interpreting plans
  • Applying waterproofing membranes
  • Cementing ridge capping and installing pointing to ridge capping
  • Erecting scaffolds and roof rails
  • Installing and cementing verge tiles to roofs
  • Installing flashings to roof penetrations
  • Working safely at heights

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, materials, and application techniques
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise work, completing tasks within set timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of and commitment to health and safety regulations
