Job Title: Club Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage the daily operations of our club.

This role will serve as the first point of contact for members, coaches, and volunteers, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing player registrations and grading days in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing accounts and processing payments for invoices
  • Coordinating and scheduling volunteers' rosters
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the club database and contact lists
  • Assisting with various events, including season launches, trophy nights, and skill clinics

Experience working in a community-based sporting environment is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications.

The successful applicant will work from home but may be required to attend meetings at the club house located in Shenton Park on occasion.
