About you

Operational Systems Graduate

  • To succeed in this role and join our graduate program, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Spatial Science (graduating in and possess a current driver's license.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential. You should have knowledge of operational systems and the ability to analyze and extract data using various tools.

Business Graduate

  • To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce (graduating in and a current driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a commercial mindset are key qualities.

People Graduate

  • To succeed in this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (graduating in and a current driver's license.
  • You should have solid computer skills, an adaptable and personable approach, effective stakeholder communication, and good task prioritization skills.
