We recruit specifically for your skillset and tailor our program to support your developmentAbout you Operational Systems Graduate To succeed in this role and join our graduate program, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Spatial Science (graduating in 2024-2026) and possess a current driver's license.
Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
You should have knowledge of operational systems and the ability to analyze and extract data using various tools.
Business Graduate To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce (graduating in 2024-2026) and a current driver's license.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a commercial mindset are key qualities.
People Graduate To succeed in this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (graduating in 2024-2026) and a current driver's license.
You should have solid computer skills, an adaptable and personable approach, effective stakeholder communication, and good task prioritization skills.
