We're seeking a Part-time Customer Banking Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. In this role, you'll provide relieving support to our branches, have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, and help them make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide relief support to branches and travel as required
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify changes
  • Offer options to customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking solutions
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in Financial Services or Retail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly
  • Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do
  • Ability to work in a busy, commercial environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions
  • Genuine interest in building a career with improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
