Electrical Engineer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization and contribute to decarbonisation projects. You will gain hands-on experience across major infrastructure upgrades, developing your skills in electrical engineering design, construction, commissioning, and integration into operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-impact projects, including major upgrades to plant and equipment, and investment in new infrastructure for alternative fuels.
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the cement-making process.
  • Participating in electrical engineering design, construction, commissioning, and integration into operations.
  • Ensuring compliance and safety are embedded into all design to ensure operational readiness.
  • Assisting in the design, installation, commissioning, and programming of large-scale variable speed drives.
  • Designing and managing electrical hazardous area installations.
  • Developing and optimising automation and control concepts.
  • Analysing data and problem-solving technical issues.
  • Assisting in major projects and shutdown work, with opportunities to develop leadership skills.
