**Job Title:** Primary Tutor
**About Us:
We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to providing exceptional tutoring services for children.
We seek a highly qualified primary teacher to join our team as a tutor. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering quality teaching and learning lessons, individualizing student's learning, and implementing our curriculum framework.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, effective teaching and learning lessons consistent with our curriculum.
- Individualize student's learning to maximize their potential and understanding of our curriculum.
- Implement our framework within tutoring sessions to support student learning and engagement.
- Embed positive behaviors to support the management of children's actions.
- Complete administrative tasks to communicate and support parents using various tools.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and samples of work to report on performance to parents and stakeholders if required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure student success and a shared vision across the organization.
**Availability:** 8 hours a week - Thursday and Friday afternoon, Saturday morning.
