Job Opportunity:
We are seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to support students' learning journey in a dynamic educational environment.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting students with their academic progress. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and encouraging students to learn and develop essential skills
- Supporting students with maths and English classwork, providing individualized guidance and feedback
- Recording and tracking student's progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Possibility of working with students from diverse age groups and skill levels
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with students and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- A fast learner, able to adapt to new situations and challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
Flexible shifts available, including afternoons and potentially weekends. Applicants may need to undergo a Working With Children Check (WWCC) if over 18 years old.
