We specialise in corporate live events and are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager who possesses excellent time management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's moving parts.

You will ensure that all processes and systems are efficient, effective, and optimised to meet business goals.

Working in lock step with Crew Control, Warehouse and the technical team, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, lead with empathy, and think laterally at all times.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in live events and operations management, in a fast-paced environment with the ability to react
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a technically minded crew
  • Fleet management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to analyse data and develop action plans to address areas for improvement
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
