Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Management Professional to join our team at Mission Beach Resort.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, lead a team of hospitality professionals and contribute to the success of our resort.

Mission Beach Resort is centrally located at Wongaling Beach, within a five minute walk of 14km of world class beaches. The Resort has facilities including the Family Bistro and Sports Bar, with on-site entertainment such as pool, poker and other amusements. We offer modern function and event facilities for special occasions, conferences and events, and our staff provide local tours and attractions information.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with our customers and local community
  • Support the Publican to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellent results
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources and operations
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • You have previous experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • You have a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
