Senior Team Lead for Key Account Services

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to join our Key Account Services team in Australia. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of B2B Key Account representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate and develop the B2B Key Account representative team in Australia, fostering a positive team atmosphere and enhancing the team's overall professional capabilities and service standards.
  • Effectively translate the company's overall customer service strategy into daily operational goals and action plans for the Key Accounts team.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring timely and professional support.
  • Identify and resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, driving process optimization and efficiency improvements.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow, collaboratively solve problems, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
