Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Aesop is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, working in a hybrid environment at our global head office in Collingwood.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Regional Regulatory Affairs teams in managing product lifecycle activities, including pre-market concept, product development, registration, artwork, post-market advertising compliance, and vigilance activities.
- Conduct regulatory reviews, prepare and dispatch documentation for product registration, and register products according to regulatory requirements.
- Update registration databases and advise key stakeholders on registration progress.
- Develop and maintain efficacy reports and tables of evidence to support product claims.
- Coordinate registration updates for reformulations and maintain product information files, ensuring company confidentiality and IP protection.
- Research compliance requirements for new markets and review and approve product artwork and marketing advertising copy according to regional regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and communicate their impact to the Regulatory Affairs team and other internal stakeholders.
- Support risk identification, reduction, mitigation, and escalation processes.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting TGA listed medicines/therapeutic goods Act and Regulations, including TGO92, TGAC, Permissible ingredient and indications lists, etc.
- Cosmetics regulatory experience is highly regarded.
- Developed experience in regulatory artwork copy briefing and proofing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Critical thinking and keen attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
