We are seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and emergency response at our retail site in Hornsby.
As a full-time or casual Security Officer, you will be responsible for guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and managing site access and control systems.
- Provide high-level security and outstanding customer service.
- Respond professionally to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance.
- Assess and mitigate security risks.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate data logs.
- A current NSW Security Licence (with Crowd Controller component).
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
