Marketing Executive Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver retail marketing across six Premium Sydney CBD retail assets, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in building annual business plans for each CBD asset, engaging in market research, analysis, and feasibility studies to drive informed decision-making.
  • Design and execute retail events and activations that enhance customer experience and create brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with retailers, including sales collection, reporting, and communication on promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, working closely with agencies across social channels and managing website updates to maintain a strong online presence.

About You:

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • You have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or equivalent, and relevant retail property marketing experience.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, including social media and website management, you are able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Strong organisational and written communication skills enable you to prioritise tasks effectively and collaborate well with others.
