
Campaign Planner

This role involves owning the entire customer communications calendar, ensuring that all internal direct communications requests are properly coordinated.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor who puts customers at the core of everything they do, guiding and coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and delivery.
- Act as a key stakeholder, advising on customer communication strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain the master email comms/contact calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and other ad-hoc scheduled sends.
- Continually monitor and optimise global and regional campaign schedules to avoid message conflicts, overlaps, or audience over saturation.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing the right level of contact calendar visibility to different stakeholder groups.
- Categorising campaign briefs by priority, impact, and reach, ensuring stakeholders are held accountable for timelines and deliverables.
- Establishing guidance and content frameworks for stakeholders and MA Specialists to leverage in order to maximise engagement.
- Supporting the Marketing Automation Team Lead in amplifying email campaign learnings and insights across regions, and embedding stakeholder behaviours that drive efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A background in Email Marketing &/or Digital Campaign Planning.
- Strong understanding of email marketing as a channel, engagement metrics, and best practice.
- Ability to manage timelines, drive operational efficiency, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence to challenge constructively, balancing customer experience with delivering business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience operating in a global matrix.
- Experience implementing and maintaining project tools such as Asana and G Suite.
