Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

Role OverviewThe purpose of this role is to work within the Marketing Automation & Capability team to ensure strong collaboration with stakeholders, leading and coordinating the design, build, QA, and deployment of member-driven campaigns. As a champion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will implement best practice frameworks in executing and optimising 1:1 communications, campaigns, and journeys within HCF's own channels: email, direct mail, SMS, online transactional messaging, and mobile applications.
You will work closely with the Marketing team to test and learn from campaigns, advising on optimisation opportunities in line with campaign objectives and expected outcomes.
Your Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy member-driven campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strong communication and coordination.
- Implement best practice frameworks for executing and optimising 1:1 communications, campaigns, and journeys.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to test and learn from campaigns.
- Advising on optimisation opportunities in line with campaign objectives and expected outcomes.
You will thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and have the ability to work autonomously. You will bring with you:
- A hands-on understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Advanced experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
- Proficiency in SQL and an understanding of data structures, enabling you to manage and manipulate data effectively.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- A strong understanding of 1:1 communication, including compliance and regulatory impact.
- An understanding of end-to-end Customer Journeys and their dependencies.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
