Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality Allied Health Chronic Disease Intermediate Care Services for patients of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to less experienced staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient functional and health outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Requirements
  • Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for Social Workers or Psychologists.
  • Eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or registration with the PsyBA.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
