Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the office layout and supplies inventory, scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing executive calendars.

As the primary point of contact, the successful candidate will also act as a liaison between departments and upper management, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

In addition, the candidate will ensure smooth flow of information and documents across departments and management, support IT by wiping and sending out laptops for new hires, and coordinate office events, team meetings, and off-site activities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also necessary.
