Digital Transformation Specialist
">The Working Smarter Program is a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at stabilising, modernising and transforming the agency's ICT and ways of working.

We are seeking a digital transformation specialist capable of leading and embedding change at a program level and across various initiatives.
">The ideal candidate will be an exemplary communicator with a strong track record of achieving results and can quickly build effective working relationships. They will lead the organisational change competency within the program and guide less experienced staff.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- developing and implementing a change management strategy and plans">
- evaluating and managing the impact of planned organisational change">
- identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change">
- leading change management work streams with a structured methodology">
- providing coaching and training to employees at all levels">
- defining success metrics and measuring performance against these">
