About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Platform Team at Propeller Aero. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in delivering solutions that make an impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using NodeJS, Typescript, and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver products and tools that enhance our developer experience.
  • Improve the authentication process for our customers, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Develop and instrument developer tooling to improve the lives of your colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong backend engineering experience with commercial experience working in NodeJS, Typescript, and Python.
  • Experience building and/or instrumenting developer tooling to improve the developer experience.
  • Competency with AWS or similar cloud providers.
  • Natural stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
