Job Description

As an Infrastructure Modernisation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organisations achieve their digital transformation goals. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the modernisation of infrastructure systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in providing pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team, as well as serving as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the modernisation of infrastructure systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments. You should possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV), and other relevant technologies.

Additionally, you should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential.

Desirable Skills:
  • Design, implementation and optimization experience in Backup and recovery i.e. Commvault, Veeam.
  • Experience with Hyperconverged technologies i.e. Nutanix, Dell, Cisco.
