Seeking an experienced lawyer to join our busy Sydney disputes and insolvency practice.

">About the Role
  • This is a great opportunity for a motivated lawyer to work with a collegiate atmosphere and a supportive environment, working closely with senior practitioners as well as senior members of the Bar.

You will have an opportunity to have day-to-day carriage of matters, a high degree of autonomy, and career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality legal services commensurate with your level of experience;
  • Maintain and foster existing client relationships;
  • Support Partners / Special Counsel and other practice group members to achieve group goals involving delivery of legal services;
  • Participate in professional development activities when required;
  • Litigation experience including: briefing counsel, drafting Court Documents including pleadings, affidavits, applications, and corresponding with opposing counsel, Courts and Tribunals
  • Be able to clearly articulate technical arguments;
  • Research complex legal matters and provide concise and accurate summaries and advice to senior practitioners and clients.
Requirements
  • Candidates should have between 3 and 8 years PQE who have demonstrable litigation and insolvency experience.
