The role you'll play is that of a Visual Retail Coordinator, combining Store Associate and Visual Merchandising responsibilities within assigned stores. You will execute corporate Visual Merchandising directives, partner with retail and visual teams, and maintain corporate visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines across stores, representing key investments and recognizing visual principles.
  • Receive guidance from Visual Merchandiser/Manager to plan and implement bi-monthly window displays, monthly window refreshes, and in-store installations according to corporate standards and timelines.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Visual Merchandising expectations and Delivery directives.
  • Promote local interpretations of directives to optimize store productivity.
  • Familiarize yourself with Burberry visual communications, guidelines, best-practice documents, and brand initiatives, communicating them to store teams as required.
  • Build close partnerships with Regional VM team, Store Management, store FOH and BOH teams, and wider VMA community to make best visual decisions for local clients within the global vision.
  • Promote visual ideas/suggestions to elevate standards through creative styling.

Confident individual with exceptional communication skills, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail, passion for working quickly and efficiently, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
