Role Overview
The Officer is tasked with collaborating alongside fellow staff and volunteers at local, state, and national levels to enhance the organisation's capacity to innovate, attract, engage, and retain volunteers and members. This position is vital in fostering strong, relevant, and mutually beneficial relationships and communications both internally and externally.
Supported by the Manager/Senior Manager, this role ensures that the voices of volunteers and members are effectively represented and promoted within the organisation. Additionally, the Officer is responsible for enhancing the experiences of volunteers and members through innovative strategies in their respective State/Territory.

- Experience in supporting and working with volunteers and/or members

Additional Information
This role falls under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4, with remuneration starting from $85, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging.
