- As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the recruitment requirements of our business across a distributed network, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment across locations.
- Proactively partnering with your portfolio to identify and attract candidates with experience or interest in high support, inclusive education roles, you will ensure a great candidate experience by managing a smooth and supportive recruitment process.
- Collaborating with the staff engagement team, you will ensure a positive and effective onboarding experience for new recruits.
This position requires a minimum 1 year's recruiting experience in a related field, preferably within the NDIS or disability services sector. Skilled in using applicant tracking systems, you will possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to multitask across projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Key responsibilities include supporting end-to-end recruitment, creating job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- You will work collaboratively with regional teams and Program Managers to identify suitable candidates and ensure timely vacancies are filled with suitably qualified individuals who align with our values.
- A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will be working independently and as part of a solution-focused team to achieve meaningful outcomes.
