This role supports customer care health escalations in a veterinarian capacity, working with our team to provide exceptional service and care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Customer Care Health Escalations
  • Maintaining customer care knowledge base around product, nutrition, and health topics.
  • Supporting training of other teams around product, nutrition, and health topics.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments on health and nutrition topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of veterinary experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written English.
  • Proficient computer user with touch typing skills and ability to learn new tools/systems.
  • Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new topics such as dog nutrition and wellness.
  • Resilient, high sense of ownership and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
