Job Overview

A Business Partner is sought to deliver high-quality HR services and drive business outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will provide strategic support to the Marketing & Trading team and contribute to the New Energy business by leveraging their expertise in performance management, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and succession planning.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to build long-term relationships and drive business growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tactical HR workload including case management, disciplinary procedures, conflict management, and other related tasks.
  • Provide strategic performance management, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Use data analytics to inform business decisions and drive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
  • Experience in cultural change, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and succession planning is highly desirable.
  • Strong influencing and analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Active membership in a professional association for Human Resources practitioners is advantageous.
