Traffic Operations Manager

We're looking for a skilled Traffic Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver a major project in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing traffic management subcontractors and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Leading a positive HSE and risk management culture throughout the project.
- Coordinating and implementing traffic signs and devices.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Completing progress reporting and activities reports.
What we're looking for:
- Experienced Traffic Supervisors with a background in rail.
- Trade qualifications and RIW card.
- V-Line inducted is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to review design documents and implement final design plans.
- Strong people skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers.
