**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to kick start their recruitment career in our Parramatta office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the craft of recruitment consulting through comprehensive training and mentoring.

  • You will work closely with one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants and support the wider team.
  • You will play a hands-on role in generating quality talent and placing candidates successfully with our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Connect and engage with our talent community
  2. Identify quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies and networking activities
  3. Screen applications and conduct interviews
  4. Coordinate client interviews and complete reference and working right checks
  5. As your skillset develops, you will take on client account management and business development to build your own successful recruitment portfolio

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in either the retail, hospitality or sporting industry sectors, where you have provided a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience within an administration role will also be considered.
