We are seeking a highly motivated Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Business Support team in Parramatta. This role involves building, growing and nurturing strategic client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships. You will consult candidates and clients on the recruitment process, becoming a trusted advisor rather than just a matchmaker. Your responsibilities will include screening, interviewing and matching candidates to open roles, as well as updating the internal system with candidate and client information. We expect you to grow a strong client base through creative and innovative marketing activities.

This is not about micromanagement; you will report into and work alongside a supportive Branch Manager who encourages development and growth within your career. You will have the autonomy to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
