Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our finance administration functions across multiple entities.

This is a high-impact role that combines leadership, technical skills, and collaboration. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finance administration team, ensuring efficient and accurate operations in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cashflow management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a dedicated finance admin team
  • Collaborating closely with leadership on cashflow and credit control
  • Championing business improvements and digital finance transformation
  • Maintaining strong internal controls and confidentiality with financial information
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (Bachelor level or higher)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance team leadership role
  • Strong experience in AR/AP operations and high-volume reconciliation
  • Solid knowledge of GST, FBT, and financial reporting requirements
