Design and Technology Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Design and Technology teacher to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that promote student achievement and engagement.

  1. Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Design and Technology to Secondary students, including the development and implementation of curriculum programs, lesson planning, and assessment. You will also be expected to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will be required to participate in quality assurance programs, attend staff meetings, and contribute to the ongoing review of curriculum and policies.

  1. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • V.I.T. registration essential
  • Demonstrated teaching ability in design technology
  • English language skill appropriate to teaching Secondary students
  • Interpersonal skills appropriate to teaching Secondary students
  • An understanding and sensitivity to the religious and cultural values of the Adass Israel community
  • A commitment to child safety, well-being, and protection
