">The role of an Educational Leader is a pivotal one, playing a significant part in guiding and motivating educators. This influential position entails inspiring, extending, or challenging practice, which can lead to impactful outcomes for children and their families.
">This blended role sees you dedicating time to supporting teams in enhancing educational practices, mentoring educators, and working collaboratively with the leadership team. We emphasize the importance of making a difference as an Educational Leader in helping children reach their full potential in collaboration with our educators & families. Opportunities exist to attend regular meetings with other Educational Leaders, providing support to succeed in this role.
">Key Qualifications:
">- Hold a Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification, or equivalent approved teaching registration.
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated leadership experience.
- A collaborative approach to your practices.
- Effective communication skills to connect with families.
- Understanding of current regulations and frameworks to support your work
