Lead Educational Initiatives

As an Educational Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a lifelong love of learning. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training to implement our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.

Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and supporting educators in every room, developing learning environments that spark creativity and curiosity, and ensuring compliance with regulations while championing our company values.

You will also be responsible for maintaining precise, meaningful documentation of children's growth and achievements, leading the charge on child safety, and fostering positive learning outcomes for every child in our care.

About This Role
  • This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep commitment to children's development and safety, and a solid understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early education.
  • It is ideal for someone with a Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care who is passionate about creating and implementing outstanding educational programs.
Requirements
  • A deep commitment to children's development and safety

  • Expertise in the EYLF and NQS frameworks
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training
  • A valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
