We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting cloud-based technologies and delivering smart solutions.

This role involves providing Tier 2 support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, and Exchange Online. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues via remote tools and administer Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager including compliance and Conditional Access.

Key responsibilities include providing expert-level support for Microsoft 365 platforms: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, and Entra ID, as well as implementing and managing security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles. The ideal candidate will also contribute to IT projects such as user migrations, policy rollouts, and license optimisation.

The successful candidate will have solid experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and a strong problem-solving mindset. They will be passionate about learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Aged care or healthcare IT experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in a similar Level 2 or escalated support role.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • A strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
