We are seeking a talented Finance and Operations System Trainer to join our team. As a key player in a major finance transformation project, this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful user training and adoption of D365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert System Knowledge: This trainer will act as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O, leveraging its full range of features and capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
  • End-User Training: The selected candidate will develop and deliver engaging training sessions, work closely with accounting end-users to empower them to use D365 F&O effectively.
  • Drive User Adoption: By promoting confidence and uptake of the system among finance function users, this trainer will drive business growth and efficiency.
  • System & Process Challenge: With a critical eye for current workflows, this expert will suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Testing & Validation: During the UAT phase, this trainer will assist in ensuring systems and processes meet business requirements.
  • Support the Go-Live Phase: Providing hands-on assistance during the implementation stage is crucial for the success of this project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly in finance modules.
  • Excellent ability to train and mentor end-users, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge systems and processes constructively, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Understanding of finance processes and their alignment with ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting system implementations and go-lives and/or UAT testing phases is highly desirable.
