Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced support specialist to provide prompt and professional assistance to our clients. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support to clients
- Help clients with their cloud platform
- Test allocated developments/fixes prior to delivery to customers
- Work closely with clients to deliver value-adding services
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address business development requests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O
- Experience in resolving client issues and providing quality updates
- Strong problem and time management skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally
