Job DescriptionThe company is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead ERP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations business development in Australia. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth and making a lasting impact in the industry.
This position involves driving business expansion through strategic sales, relationship-building with key clients, and fostering partnerships with Microsoft and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across all phases of the ERP sales cycle.
- Lead consultative client meetings and tailor solutions to meet unique business needs.
- Implement and manage strategic account plans to secure new clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and BDM teams on lead generation initiatives.
- Respond to RFPs and negotiate deals through to closure.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years in B2B consultative sales within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, specifically Finance & Operations.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Microsoft solution selling principles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation, energy, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
