This 12-month contract role involves working on a Multi-Year Major System Replacement Program to implement S/4 Hana Public Cloud. Your responsibilities will include optimizing procurement and service operations to ensure efficient use of SAP S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for standard SAP business processes delivered via SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
  • Guide the business in adapting to standard processes, minimizing custom development in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
  • Use tools like SAP Cloud ALM for documentation, process modeling, and tracking.
  • Create end-to-end process maps, including SAP, non-SAP systems, and manual steps.
  • Define and manage test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with standard processes.
  • Coordinate and support key user testing, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Help with defect tracking and resolution via SAP Cloud ALM or equivalent tools.
  • Drive change management, focusing on business adoption of standard processes.
  • Address concerns or resistance to change due to process standardization during interactions with business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • S/4 Hana Private Cloud Implementation Experience.
  • Deep knowledge of S/4 Hana Private Cloud Scope Items.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in Procurement and Services Domain.
  • 5-10 years + Business Analysis Experience.
  • Experience creating process maps.
  • Experience in testing/UAT and data analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Best Practices.
  • Procurement or Sale of Services Industry experience ideal.
