Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team in Darwin. As a Speech Pathologist with Framework Search Select Health Pty Ltd, you will work with complex individuals, including children and adolescents, those with disabilities, mental health issues, dual diagnosis, and a history of complex trauma, as well as their families, carers, or government departments that support them.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to achieve client outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans
- Provide education and support to families on areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and mealtime management
- Deliver therapy services in a client-centered and flexible manner
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client goals
- Participate in structured internal clinical mentoring and supervision
- Enjoy a comprehensive relocation package or accommodation assistance

- Bachelor or Master qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current certification/membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Check
- Current National Police Clearance and Drivers License
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with complex needs
- Demonstrated experience conducting various communication assessments
