About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team in Darwin. As a Speech Pathologist with Framework Search Select Health Pty Ltd, you will work with complex individuals, including children and adolescents, those with disabilities, mental health issues, dual diagnosis, and a history of complex trauma, as well as their families, carers, or government departments that support them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to achieve client outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans
  • Provide education and support to families on areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and mealtime management
  • Deliver therapy services in a client-centered and flexible manner
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client goals
  • Participate in structured internal clinical mentoring and supervision
  • Enjoy a comprehensive relocation package or accommodation assistance

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current certification/membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Check
  • Current National Police Clearance and Drivers License
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Demonstrated experience conducting various communication assessments
