We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our Pacific Health team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our Speech Pathologists, supporting the development of their clinical skills and discipline knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to our Speech Pathologists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the team, providing formal and informal support and feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement best practice standards for Speech pathology services, contributing to the improvement and development of clinical practices and procedures.
- Oversee team member KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder business engagement activities, escalating any concerns or underperformance to the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Experience as a Senior Speech Pathologist, with a strong track record of leadership and supervision.
- Membership of the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) professional association.
- NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance and Ochre Card, or ability to obtain.
- Current driver's license.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
- Full vaccination against Covid-19.
- Mixed caseload experience and working knowledge of the NDIS highly regarded.
