Ecommerce Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital & Ecommerce Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital and ecommerce, with strong skills in analysis and desktop research.
This role involves undertaking research and analysis activities to support strategy creation for clients, including website behavior analysis, desktop research, interview guides, client workshops, and training program development.
The successful candidate will also manage parts of our marketing, including social media posts, ad-hoc website updates, and research for content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to drive client transformation
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategy recommendations
- Support the development of client strategy packs and recommendations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
