We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead our IT Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of secure and reliable IT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect our clients' IT infrastructure and systems.
- Lead a team of security professionals in providing 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ITIL and NIST.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize service delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

About the TeamYou will be part of our Melbourne/Sydney-based Security Engineering team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
- ITIL certification desirable.
- Solid experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams.
- Demonstrated cyber security operations experience implementing continual service improvement initiatives.
- Experience in organizational change management (transformational experience).
- Solid demonstrated experience in domain towers such as Cyber Security, Network, Collaboration/Customer Experience, Cloud, Security, Data Center.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
