Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

We operate two camp locations in beautiful bushland settings, providing guests with the opportunity to escape and recharge or challenge themselves through various adventure activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and courteous telephone and reception services to customers
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints with follow-up to resolution
  • Process customer bookings and enrolments for programs and services
  • Administer food and beverage stock take and reordering
  • Perform administrative tasks related to camp operation, including invoicing and attendance records
  • Maintain staff roster for kitchen and cleaning staff

  • A friendly and approachable disposition
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
