Job Title: Customer Relations Security Officer

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and visitors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage incidents, document as required, and maintain access protocols.
  • Respond to security breaches and provide first aid assistance when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card.
  • Previous experience in a security or conflict resolution role.
  • Class 1 (a) and 1 (c) Full Security License.
  • Certificate III in Security.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of WH&S Regulations.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
