Legal Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of legal programs, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust legal frameworks, including policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor emerging legal trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our legal and governance practices.
  • Provide expert legal advice to mitigate legal risks and navigate complex commercial challenges.
  • Advise on, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts while managing critical legal documentation.
  • Keep up-to-date with proposed and new legislation, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of legal developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
