About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires an individual who can work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively. As a Senior Life Insurance Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for supporting corporate partners' clients in purchasing life insurance.

  • You will receive regular referrals from our corporate partners.
  • You will educate and assist clients in selecting life insurance products.
  • You will manage client relationships using a custom-built CRM solution.
  • You will develop strategies to optimize performance and ensure successful pipeline management.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales with a focus on life insurance – General Advice advantageous.
  • Thorough knowledge of income protection, life, critical illness, and Total Permanent Disability (TPD) products.
  • A strong customer-centric approach including retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle complex client enquiries and navigate challenging situations.
  • Strong business acumen and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence to work individually while being comfortable working within a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
