At our aquatic facility, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Swim Program Manager to lead and grow our learn to swim program.

This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, team leadership, customer engagement, and ensuring the highest standards of swim education and safety.

The ideal candidate will have passion for working with children in a fun and engaging environment, proven experience in swim school management, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong team leadership, management and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

As Swim Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality swim lessons for all age groups and skill levels, from babies to squad-ready swimmers, lead, motivate, and mentor a team of swim instructors to ensure consistency in teaching quality and a positive learning environment, build and maintain strong relationships with the staff, community, parents, and children, provide exceptional customer service, actively seek opportunities to expand swim school offerings, promote swim teaching services, and seek new opportunities, ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including child safety regulations.
