Project Officer in Housing Development

The role plays a key part in providing support to project teams focused on increasing access to affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to various complex projects from development to delivery phases.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and ministerial briefs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experienced within construction sector, preferably with large scale social infrastructure projects.
  • Able to conceptualize ideas and turn them into deliverables meeting business needs.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and comfortable dealing with high complexity.
